Be sure to include Order #, and the name and shipping address for the original order.
Exchange Policy: We only process exchanges if order was damaged during shipment or if a wrong product was mistakenly shipped to you. (If you've changed your mind about a product that is available in another color or size, we can process a return and you'll need to place a new order.)
If your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 2 business days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged package and product(s). Include Order #, and the name and shipping address for the original order.
Return Policy: We only accept returns within 30 days of order placement. Product must be unused and in unopened original packaging. Return shipping charges are customers responsibility. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. For proof of return shipping and to expedite refund process, please email tracking # the courier provides to you.
