Terms of shipment cannot be changed after order ships. If you change your mind, a return can be processed as per our Return Policy.

USPS First Class (maximum weight: 13.0 oz); shipment time varies, please check USPS website for latest information. (This option will not be available to you at checkout if weight of order is over 13.0 oz. Use Calculate Shipping on the Cart page to determine which shipment options are available.)
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business day delivery (time is approximate; please check tracking)
USPS Priority Mail Express: Next day to 2 day delivery guaranteed by USPS. Should package arrive late, please contact USPS.
Please track your shipment
If tracking shows your order was delivered, but you did not receive it please reach out to the shipment courier. We are not responsible for orders marked delivered but not received.
If your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us via email at support@craftcove.com within 2 business days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged package and product(s).
